Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

The title for this painting comes from the fragility of this flower but from its perseverance through the spring rains and winds that invariably hit at the peak of iris season. They are buffeted and bent, but they persevere, and I have taken strength in that during some difficult times of my life.
Amanda Amend captures the mystery behind the everyday in luminous watercolor. Often described as atmospheric and ethereal, the subtle qualities of her work are balanced by a powerful, disciplined use of color, values, and compositional choices that reflect unique perspectives.
