Iconic Church Street is a must for every visitor to Burlington, and the Unitarian Church welcomes you from the top of this pedestrian marketplace. It is beautiful any time of year, even in the bitter cold as on this day. If you look closely you can see the bronze statue of saxophonist Big Joe Burrell under the canopy on the right. Burrell learned from Count Basie and B.B. King and passed his knowledge on to a new generation of musicians including Trey Anastasio of Phish.
