For decades Bove's was a popular Italian restaurant in Burlington, Vermont. It was just across the street from the 1960s' urban renewal zone, so it was spared the fate of the rest of the neighborhood. It continued to be a hub for gathering and enjoying platters of delicious Italian recipes until it closed in 2015. It is now boarded up, and the property awaits the next phase of urban change.
